Geraldine Kelly​

BSc (hons) Physiotherapy, PGDipHealSc (Pain Mgt), NZRP
Originally from Ireland, Geraldine is a physiotherapist with a special interest in pain science and extensive experience in managing chronic pain conditions. She previously worked for Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury (formerly Canterbury DHB) across multiple areas including orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory departments, as well as the Burwood Pain Management Centre.
 
For the last eight years, Geraldine has worked in private practice across various ACC contracts in Christchurch, supporting patients through vocational rehabilitation and pain management programmes. Currently based at the Australis Pain Clinic, she remains dedicated to advancing clinical outcomes for those living with chronic pain. Alongside her clinical work, Geraldine is committed to professional development, most recently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences endorsed in Pain Management at the University of Otago. She is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand and the New Zealand Pain Society.
